Doesnt work for me either

Purchase the band. Cant seem to get it to regular time. Seems to want to use military time all the time. Trying to set a time Myla miles instead of km. In their software I check off miles and it will not change on my band. It insist km . I have yet to see the sleep feature register anything. Has anyone gotten anything to work
