Sleep pattern isnt being recorded

I have the iPhone 6s and I just purchased this band and it keeps telling me to disconnect my band and then pair it again and it never stays connected. Please fix this issue ASAP. Also I have worn my device to sleep for 2 days and it hasnt recorded my sleep pattern. It still says 0 when I swipe to the sleep!!! Thanks
