This app is not connecting, continues to say device not found

The app is alright, it feels a little buggy here and there with a few questionable ways the app was made in my opinion. Really more then anything I’d like the developers to fix a bug on the iPod Touch version ware the syncing data covers the top bar of the screen, so it gives the time, battery, Wi-Fi bar ect.

Had the band for two weeks and it quite working. Same d it was fully changed but won’t turn on. What a waste of good money. The fit band is cheaper an works better. Don’t waste your money!!!

Very disappointed works. Y itself but won’t sync with iPad and so it will not get correct date or time either🤷🏼‍♂️😷😝

It’s an okay app. I can’t get the heart rate and the blood pressure to work though. I don’t get why they put it on there if it doesn’t work for this app or the watch. I do like the watch itself though.

This day band is not working on my iPad! It is not finding the watch at all! The battery is fully charged and my Bluetooth is on. When might there be an update to fix this problem?

There is no way to format the time from military to standard.

So first of all the paper doesn’t come with things like how long the arch takes to charge but that isn’t a big problem. So when installed the app it wanted to know a bunch of information. Then I saw the find watch thing and I pressed and nothing happened but then input in the watch and all I felt was a vibration. So question if we lose the watch we technically won’t be able to find it because all it will do is vibrate. The watch is ok but I wish it had a tracker on it so if weblike it we can track. Hope this helps for future buyers.

does not work when(only when u are charging it it comes on) directions do not work

I bought this band over a year ago and it still works great for me.

Has anyone been able to Bluetooth their watch. Mine will not. And no one will talk to you.

Had no idea there would be an alarm go off telling me my band was disconnected if you are 10 feet away from your phone. Had I known the band only worked in close proximity of your phone, I would have used my phone for free!

It works pretty well but when I do something it always says 0 steps, calories, and miles. Help please?

When I connect the DayDay band to an android version of the app, I am able to receive WhatsApp notification which states the contact number or the name of the person that I am receiving the message from. However, for the IOS version, I simple receive a message logo and that's it. Not able to know who sent the message. This is the same for SMS, calls and WhatsApp calls as well. Please update the iOS version of the app so that it introduces more functionality.

This is utter garbage. How are some of my days reading 0? I don’t back up my band everyday, but I do expect for it to read the steps that I have done when I do. There are 3 consecutive days where it reads 0, one of which my phone recorded over 10k. Don’t waste your time with this.

Had this app for 15 months, worked good until now . The sleeping mode not accurate please fix.

so I’ve been having the fitness band for a while but I just started using is and the app as well all works well but the sleep. I wore it to sleep last night and I just checked it before going to bed now and I doesn’t say anything on the sleep slide. I don’t know but that’s what I was excited for. :(

This thing thinks I’m asleep any time I wear anything with sleeves. It doesn’t count my steps when it’s dark. It claims I sleep roughly four hours longer than I actually do. It’s not worth the money. Save & buy a Fitbit or something.

Just got this and tried it for the first time today. The band was working well this morning and then when I went walking again this evening I had added almost 3,000 steps to it when I went to check it and it suddenly deleted those 3,000 steps while I was walking!! I checked the app to see if they were missing too and it started syncing and just like that they were gone! Got the band from my employer as a health thing at work so at least I didn’t waste my own money. Will probably go buy a FitBit.

Watch screen doesn’t turn on when I tap. Steps are wrong and now the app won’t even connect. DeViCeS nOt FoUnD it’s literally in the same hand as my phone and fully charged. Bye.

It keeps disconnecting every 5min I’ve uninstalled and re installed, re booted, anything that begins with “re” I’ve done

i bought the band brand new and charged it. but i couldn’t find out how to charge it without the extra cord and had to google it. well it worked decently for about a month then stopped syncing to my phone. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and it doesn’t change a thing. i would much rather spend the extra money for a fitbit or an apple watch.

I had this band for a couple of years but I haven’t used it in a while because it stopped working for whatever reason and it would not turn on. I have charged it many times hoping it would come on but it never does. What do I do?

Poor, poor non-existent documentation. Unit came but no charger included and no user guide. Can’t even figure out how to turn it on or connect to app! If I could give it zero stars I would. Very disappointed and feel I threw my money away!

I have had this watch a few months and it has been pairing and working with app up until recently. Suddenly I cannot get it to pair to phone I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off turning watch on and off deleting and reinstalling the app...nothing is working...not sure what the deal is.

This product only marginally worked and was not accurate. Deleted after one week.

It doesn’t record sleep accurately and this is the main feature I was excited about. It’s also uncomfortable to sleep with because it isn’t tight enough even if I use the last two loops

It’s okay, I got the band today and didn’t take that long to sync the watch to my phone. I’m hoping it doesn’t disconnect like everyone is saying here. However it’s pretty cool. I only got it for the (time) and for the alert for (text message/phone calls) so heart, sleep tracking and the rest doesn’t matter to me if it works or not haha . The app is pretty cool actually.

First mine didn’t come with a connector to charge the FitMax. I want too upset about it because it said you could charge it with the usb connector. Finally I plug it in to the connector and it won’t stay in and falls out. Can’t charge it up!! So how am I suppose to use it. Thanks to one of the other reviews I was able to figure out how to check the sleep mode. Directions included are not specific enough! ☹️

It didn’t not record my sleep, and the data tracking is all wrong. You are better off saving money to buy the real deal “Fitbit” mommy always told me quality outweighs all

Would love some help-- band is fully charged but will not synch to phone -- phone app does not find device -- basically I cannot pair them. Ideas?

I received the product and on the forth day, it went blank. I charged it, nothing. I guess it’s another scam to rip us off!

Both hardware and software have performed better than expected (particularly at the price paid). Have had for over a year, and still regular improvements/updates to app. Keep up the good work!

I received the band and downloaded the app. I wore the band for two weeks. It did record steps regularly, but like many others here, could get it to record sleep only twice. Very frustrating.

I just got the yesterday. The instructions for the device were print in such tiny print that it is a struggle to read it and I have average eyesight. It was not easy to pull the band off the device to expose the usb plug to charge it. Now it will NOT pair with my phone. Bluetooth on my device turned on: check. Bracelet fully charged: check. Forget all devices in phone Bluetooth: check. Attempt to pair in settings: check. Attempt to pair in App: check. Try again, and again, and again: check. 😡

Tried 4x to sync. each tome with a new down load. Could not get band to connect . Junk headed for the desk drawer.

Got mine today and it doesn’t even come on! Doesn’t work at all!! Yes I charged it for about an hour and still NOTHING!! Just a black screen! What a waste! Scam!
